I have a 1.4@266 running in my a7pro mobo at 1.3@200. My Question is the athlon is currently running at 12.5 X 100 @ 51c underload. If it was running at the right speed in a 266 board would the temp be any lower.
If it would what would be the best board to buy??

The temp should be higher than 51C if you run it at default speed.
I don't understand your last question :)

I currently running 1502 (10.5x143)
RunningPrime95 around 44C CPU and 28C Case

EPOX with out a doubt has been a winner for so many users that O/C here at anandtech.

I think anytime you talk about temps you need to also talk about what voltages you are running. i.e. most O/Cer's bump the core voltages up. which in turn will make the chip run hotter. ;)
