1.33 AXIA T-bird Overheating on bootup, wont start!!!

Ok this is the problem,
Everythings connected, and when i try to boot up, it shows sign of overheating, and shuts down.

Not a AMD recommend P.S- should that be causing the problem?

Asus A7M266
1.33/266 Axia core Tbird, w/ thermapaste, Alpha PAL6035 Ultra Kit with Delta 38cfm Fan
Crucial 256mb pc-2100
Maxtor 30gig HDD
Soundblaster Live x-gamer
Creative 52x

Re-post in the OC/Cooling forum. Your heat-sink fan setup should not be a problem though. Again, repost in the OC forum.

if your bios has an option to set the temperature region your computer is set up in, try increasing that value...my old board could do this, my new one can not...
