$1,200 for a Sandy Bridge Gaming PC

Hey everyone. Any suggestions on what to buy with $1,200. I already have Win 7 (64 bit) and a 24" LCD.

With the exception of Turbo-Boost I wont be overclocking anything. It's for my Cousin and looking for stability. A cool looking case would be nice but internal stuff is not necessary.
