1.2 t-bird posts at 900

just got an unlocked 1200 tbird and it's posting at 900. i took it out and put a locked 1200 tbird and it posted at correctly at 1200. it says on the core it's a 1200. i got this dreaded iwll kk266 1.2 motherboard. whats going on?

try setting the fsb to 133 in bios.
