1.2 Ghz AXIA - How do I overclock this

I have a 1.2 ghz AXIA T-Bird and an Asus A7M266. I really wanna try overclocking because my CPU temp according to the Digital Doc 5 is between 38 and 40 degrees C at idle (room temp is 28 C or 82 F). I have a Swiftech MC462-A and about 15 other fans in my case (big case - Supermicro SC760-A). Average temp inside the case is 31 C. Can someone please tell me how to go about getting a little extra power out of my computer...and by the way...what does AXIA mean, and why are these chips beneficial to OCing. Thanks.
