Hell yes! It's an awesome game!LTD says it's good, but is Sonic Generations worth $15? I'll be playing it with a 360 wireless controller.
Will probably pick it up as the reviews are good and my 4-year old is loving Mario and Sonic right now.
FYI: Sonic the Hedgehog, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and Sonic & Knuckles were the original 2D sonic games released for Sega Genesis.
Also - while Sonic Generations just recently came out (and happens to be pretty good) - for a long time people considered Sonic Adventure DX to be the only good 3D Sonic game ever made. It originally came out on Dreamcast, before they started making all the shitty ones for 360 and PS3.
Sonic 3D Blast is pretty good too though IMO.
Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing is also pretty fun if you're looking for a Mario Kart type racing game.
I'll be picking up:
Sonic the Hedgehog
Sonic 3D Blast
Sonic Adventures DX
Edit: Damn, they just added Sonic CD into the mix. I'm skipping Sonic 3D Blast and getting that one instead, lol.
It's worth much more than that if you plan to play as soon as you buy. Trust me, I'm Jewish.Generations is still overpriced... I'll wait till it's $5
Sonic CD appears to be regular price, though. Deciding if I want any of these...

And to think I'm playing it on my 55in TV, approximately less than 10ft away. :\I like Sonic Generations (bought it in the Xmas sale for $9.99 I think) but it gives me a headache AND makes me feel dizzy at the same time, LOL.
I have to play it sitting 5-6 feet away from my (23") monitor
