It will take 600 people to run it. Thats alot of jobs. Maybe he will create a house in the US too.

Why would you build something like that in the middle of a friggin city? I'd find somewhere with hills / mountains on one side, lake on another side, etc. Nearest neighbors several miles away, at least. For $1 billion, I'd have my own health care and fire fighting crews on site.

For $1B, I would rather buy a good chunk of land near a body of water and build the house there.

uh yea, that doesn't look like a "home" at all... more like a downtown commercial building such as a hotel built on top of a shopping center with an underground parking lot. Sounds like it runs like one too since it requires 600 workers.

The author of that article is unnecessarily harsh. I don't really see why he has such an issue with it. Yes, it looks bad in the picture but the picture is also really low res and the building looks unfinished.
