Anyone know what (manufacturer) the 'FMI' dVD blanks are? And what speeds they'll burn at?

They're listed at 25.19 (25.2 incl. shipping!) for a 100-pack! If they're nice disks, it would be worth stocking up at this price!

DVD+R and DVD-R
About two weeks ago I bought a 100 pk spindle of DVD-R that were the CompUsa brand for 19.99 during some sale they had. The -R's happened to be Princos, which are acceptable but not great. .20/disk is all they are worth. They were also made in Taiwan. Now the +R's they had were two kinds, made in Taiwan and made in Hong Kong. I didn't buy any +R's so I can't tell you the media code. I've heard that the Hong Kong ones are the least desireable disks as far as mfg areas go. Japan being probably the best.

25 shipped for the-R's, if they are Princos, is OK. Shop4tech.com has Sonic 1X2X DVD-R's that burn at 4X on my burners for around 20-23 with free shipping most of the time. There usually is a 10% coupon floating around to get it to the 20.00 or below price.

edit:
the 1X-2X aren't available anymore but the 1X-4X Sonic are here for 23.00/100 with free shipping minus 10% if you can locate the coupon.
