01 over and over on screen at boot???

I just hooked up everything on my new computer, and tried installing Win2K server. Windows setup finishes copying files over to the HD, then when it tries to boot up off the hard drive, I get 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 all over the screen nonstop, scrolling by. What is the deal? Here is my setup...

Asus P4B533 mobo
P4 2.53 CPU
1GB DDR RAM
WD IDE hard drive
Leadtek Ti4400 vid card

Sounds like a broken bootsektor.
I know this from installing linux. Didnt know it could happen to
windows, too. It happens when the boot order of the drives
is different from what it has been during installation.
You should be able to boot from your installation CD, choose
"repair manually" and then switch to your C:
Then you could try fixboot and fixmbr. That should do it.
