I think any CD case like the ones above will meet your needs. I have one for all of my DVD's and I'm not really sure if brand is a factor.

most cd binders eventually scratch your discs. any time we hear a song skip, my friends and i call it the "case logic remix"

i wouldn't use a binder for originals.

I used to have over 2000 discs. caselogic stuff has lasted me for a really long time when the cheaper brands fell apart on me. Before you buy other brands, check out the quality at a B&M store and compare it to caselogic.

I prefer sleeves. I have three 200+ binders and they are getting worn out fast. Would rather just put all my disks in sleeves and some sort of case.

I agree a 1000x over.

Make a copy, don't scratch the discs.

It's a freakin CD binder. Do you really need ATOT's approval before making such an insignificant purchase?

CD:   200 Disks * 700 MB = 140000 MB = 140 GB maximum, 100 GB likely.
DVD: 200 Disks * 9 GB = 1800 GB Maximum, 1000 GB Likely

Solution: Rip 'em.

Maybe he didn't want people to know he was storing porn CDs in a new CD holder?

why wouldn't you just keep them in your 400 cd-dvd changer? sure it's kind of a low capacity for this purpose, but you could always buy more than one...
