The backlight died on my LCD, so I went in the attic & dug out the box for the warranty info. I got a chuckle out of one part in particular; Text

No, it's just their way of not paying for natural disasters or other unforeseeable events.

I think "Acts of god" implies being destroyed by weather or other natural phenomenon.
