0 Frames Per Second?

Greetings, all!

So, I was reading some reviews of the new R700 on a few sites, and noticed that they said some graphics cards performed at 0 Frames Per Second at certain high resolutions. I was wondering-- how is that possible? I can understand something very close to 0-- say, 0.0075 frames per second. However, wouldn't 0 frames per second mean there wasn't even a frame on the screen?

Perhaps "Frames Per Second" actually means "Frame Changes Per Second", in which case 0 would mean that there would never be another frame generated, even if the system was left on indefinitely.

I was just curious about what was going on and what I was missing... thanks!

0 is usually used when the card will not complete the test.
