these are great for skiing/snowboarding/camping. If you ever bought any at the ski lodge, these things are marked up like crazy. Stock up.

just in time for winter. i assume these would burn you if you make direct skin contact?

Yep these can burn your skin...not seriously, but it'll hurt.

DON'T put these inside a boot (or skiboot)....they will cook your feet, and you may not notice till you've been burnt bad (as opposed to good?). Trust me, burnt feet SUCKS! (droped a fresh pot of coffee the day I wore sandals to work....ouch).

I wear them all of the time inside my ski boot. I just wear socks in between the warmer and my foot (usually at least one wool sock, sometimes 2 or 3 layers depending on the weather). Just remember to take them out at the end of the day. I left one in during the summer and it took 2 hours to pry the sucker from the bottom of my boot.

Note It says they are past their expiration date. They claim they still work though. I have had some that work past the exp. date and some that didn't so be forewarned.
