Something that people are overlooking. There was no abortion. There was no religious belief to uphold. The guy simply refused to accept the word of both the woman and her doctor because he felt like it. This is on top of refusing to obey the law if it had been an abortion related prescription.

He should be fired.
How dare you ruin this discussion with facts?

What is perfect?
Good question. I'm of the thought that there no such as perfection. So the notion that we are sinners because we don't meet God perfect standard is utter nonsense since no has ever shown any evidence that any gods even exist, much less if they are actually perfect to begin with.

I can’t speak for your agreement with your employer but more than likely you can invoke a morality clause for conscientious objection as far as legality goes.

It's a good thing you hoisted those goal posts to those moving dollies, otherwise you'd have to admit that most healthcare professionals don't have a problem providing safe health care to people requesting safe health care. Except for a few people here and there who think there is some moral quandary involved in, uh, providing safe health care...because Sky Wizard.

So what would have happen if the woman was unable to get any medicine at for her condition? Could she have died from carrying a dead fetus around?

Definitely. Carrying a rotting fetus inside your body can lead to sepsis, organ failure, and death.

It's why a moral and ethical pharmacist would dispense the safe medication that would help the mother safely evacuate a mass of dead flesh that can cause all sorts of potential life-threatening conditions.

Unless, of course, the particular Sky Wizard you've been trained to subscribe to makes you have the icky wicked feels about doing your fucking job.

Follow a list of commandments just because some self-claimed authority said some "god" demanded you do so isn't morality, but Blind Obedience.

I never said most had a problem with giving her the medicine, I said most support morality clauses. I’m not the one moving the goalposts.
