Considering how causation works, that is likely true for every single one of us. Since every unique person is a product of a specific sperm coming into contact with a specific egg, the tiniest change in the lives of parents or even grandparents could erase one's existence. With a change as large as Hitler being eliminated, it likely would eliminate the existence of just about everyone alive today perhaps save those over 90.

A baby is just a frickin baby. It doesnt matter if it is baby Hitler or baby Jesus. There is nothing inherent to that baby that was responsible for Nazi Germany. If he did go back in time and snuff out baby Hitler, his grandaddy would have found some other Nazi to bankroll.
