    PA61 REV 2 Motherboard turns itself on

    Hello, So i have this old and weird motherboard with the weird Slot CPU Cards and i don't know who the manufacturer of the board is, it just has "PA61 REV 2" printed on it But the motherboard has a really weird issue, as soon as the power supply receives power, the motherboard turns itself on...
