Can someone please suggest me a cheap heat sink that'll keep my pc quiet. I don't use pc for gaming but after I run couple programs at once it'll start making loud noise. It gets very loud when I run Nox (Androiod Simulator). Everything is stock in the PC. I am not sure if I measured correctly...
