no boot up

I just bought a Asus P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 to replace a dell mother board from a dell optiplex 900. i got this board so that i can use the I-7 sandy bridge from old board . there are a few differences like the power supply is a coolmax V-600 which has the 24 pin and a 6 pin for the 12 volt plug...
