green screen

I was playing Witcher 2 and the screen went green with some horizontal lines and I turned the computer off. Now when I turn it on there is no display at all. Is it definitely a dead video card? It's a 7850 2GB. I overclocked it when Dark Souls 3 came out a few months ago. Had some green screen...
