amazon have treated me appalling

I have been a loyal customer to Amazon for nine years. Since purchasing fire TV last year and becoming a prime member my purchases in 2017 alone total 183. Not to mention my subscription. I have spent money through Amazon this year then any other company. I have left product reviews on...
