    Some results of SM2262EN Controller with 96L TLC from Intel and Micron(IMFT)

    Chris Ramseyer from Tweaktown has posted some results of 96L IMFT NAND with the SM2262EN Controller. Seems like a decent performer overall, though I wonder when 96L from IMFT will start coming to mass market.

    Micron (and presumably Intel) plan to have production shipments of 96L 3DNAND in H2'18

    Source(Micron Q3'18 Financial Presentation) I'd presume this is the initial ramp and will hit DC first for both Micron and Intel but things must be going pretty well if they are this open about when their 96L 3DNAND is to arrive. Personally I am waiting on 96L 3DNAND QLC drives to hopefully...
