Take one of your current hard drives, you'll probably need at least 1 gig ram, 450-500watts power supply will be enough for overclocking, I'm sure that centrion case is pretty good and 6600gt will be great for mild games. ;-]

Found what you're looking for but I'm not sure if that online shopping site is reliable. :-\
It's DDR RAM compatible mobo. I guess it'll be just fine on Forton 300watts power supply and I doubt you need other optical drive and I think dual core have some side effects on performance when multitasking.

I'll suggest you to upgrade the video card and RAM. For video card, I'll recommend you to get x800xt. Link For RAM, I think you might need 1x1gb because that motherboard support up to 3gb ram so I dont know if it possible to have 2x512 and 1x1GB in 3 slots of RAM. I think someone will explain...
I said it's stupid to use ATI card on such expensive SLI motherboard.. SLI is for dual nvidias gfx cards so what the point using ATI card on SLI motherboard.. why dont you buy crossfire if you want to use dual ATI gfx cards... If I were you, I would stay with 7800gtx that youre using.
What's your budget for video card? I'll go with 6800gs or wait for 7300. I think It'll work fine on 1280x1024 Resolution, all max settings with no AA/AF.
Go ahead get BFG 6800gs and I'm sure it'll meet what you need. ;-]
I would rather to go with X2 3800+ because its cheap and you can overclock.. Ive seen someone overclock this baby to 2.2-3.0 GHz. I would recommend to get good heatsink for this processor such as XP-120. ;-]
