screw the 3500 venice and get a 3000 or 3200 venice and oc it past 3500 the 3500 doesnt oc as well as 3200 and the 3500 is 267 you could splurge a litte for 324 and get a graet ocer with 1mb cache like the 3700 san diego core just a suggestion
couple more and i may be convinced on the oced bfg for 619 newegg price also what everyones opinion on 2x1gb sticks go with xms or ocz or i see lot with geil?
so as far as evga of bfg which would be better cus i can oc it myself if need be and its not like a 7800gtx needs to be oced nothing can touch the darn thing lol
i was also looking at those as well as geil. And 400 is what i want i was seeing alot of stuff with 2t command rates when using 4 dimms that y i say 2x1gb sticks instead using 4x512 but i was wondering then for small overclock which is btter the geil ocz corsair xms or even the pqi turbos?
yea i been looking at newegg reviews and the top three are as follows evga xfx and bfg and the bfg is only 20 bucks higher anyway i mean if ima pay 599 for a card 619 for some extra clock wont bother me im using dfi slir -dr board but thinking about getting a asus a8n deluxe sli board
titles says it all plz recommend a 2x1gb package like corsair xms or somthing else that will oc well current selection is 2x512 ocz plat rev 2 for 167$
no didnt mean i wanted cool all that just gpu and cpu i was just saying that what im putting in the thermaltake xaser 3 case and if it would fit witha water setup to cool cpu and gpu sorry i was in a hurry when i began this post. so the actual clear ? is would all that fit into the case...
title says it all id like to cool 2 evga 600gts dfi lanparty sli-dr 2 optical drives and a 250gb seagate hd and ocz plat rev 2 ram 1 gig in a thermaltake xaser 3 case
yea use the ocz el rev2 plat very nice for me and many others you can find articales that specifically use that ram for its overclock ability with the dfi boards
this is more then likely a real noob question but i just cant find any literature whether or not the zalmancnps7700 http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16835118115
will fit on my 3700+san diego http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16819103539 and im going to put...
i've gotten my psu choice down to these two which i hear are both very good im just wondering which would be the best for the new sli setup im building soon?
OCZ 520w http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16817104152
Sparkle 550w...
do you want a sli rig or agp? i just made a very nice sli rig for about 1600 without 2nd vid card for now but 1600 for sli rig is nice also in said rig do you plan to oc?
this wouldnt be the best forum to post in the motherboard forum would be the best idea since that what your looking for. In my opinion if you plan on overclocking then your best best is DFI lanparty sli-dr itll cost you about 194 on newegg but its the best overclock board out hope that helps
dfi is the very best oc mobo out that what dfi does basically is make its mobo's oc friendly and this one is their best currently with sli http://www.newegg.com/product/product.asp?item=N82E16813136151
