im considering buying a notebook, but i would like it to be able to run most of today games, like bf2 (i have a monitor capable of 1600x1200, i would use it to gaming), hl2, etc.

is is true that if you have more processors (lets say, quad xeons), the games will run faster?
for what i know, games dont make usage of more then one processor...
