i am running windows xp sp2 and trying to install this printer, it is pluged in via a parelell to usb cable. the installer for some reason does not recognize the printer, i have a BIOSTAR TForceP965 and built my own computer. i'm thinkig maybe the plug n play drivers have not ben installed...
i originaly ordered a 250GB western digital SATA hard drive. when i installed windows service pack 1 on my machine it only showed up at 130GB, i thought it was teh hard drive that was bad and rma'd it for a new one. the new one arrived and i had the same problem, i found a different windows...
i have posted before but got no reply so i will try to be as specific as possible in the hope of getting some help, i just built my computer parts are as follows:
Rosewill 500w psu (want to rma it for another psu dont know which one yet)
Western Digital 250GB hdd
samsung dvd-rw optical drive...
when i try to raise the FSB speed on my biostar p965 it resets the oc and settings are lost. theres two jumpers, one of witch resets the cmos if you move it to 2-3 its in 1-2 right now, idk what the other one does. help is appriciated, thanks.
