manually updated my Droid to 2.1 today. Seems to run smoother and possibly faster. Also installed the HTC IME keyboard, love it. It replaced the standard droid keyboard.
Have bought a handful of items from Amazon 3rd party sellers without any problems. They may take a day or two extra before I get, but well worth it in my experience
Have tried multiply type of chalking for my shower and find that they will all mildrew over time.
The best solution that I have found is to try the shower out after you shower.
having used the itouch and iphone, I was leary of the Droid. But since having the Droid, I love it. The only downside is that you dont have a billion of apps to choose from. However, in terms of the hardware side, I love it.

I'm debating the Droid vs Eris phones right now. Think I would prefer the Dragon/Passion as I don't really need the physical keyboard. Plannning on waiting till Jan 1, 2010 to see if HTC does release the Dragon/Passion, if not I will probably get the Eris until the Dragon does come out.
