    Time for new ram.

Don't mention what CPU and mobo, but if thinking 2400 I'd go the Trident X in 2400/10, I wrote an article on Intel vs AMD and tested with a number of 2400 sets http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/dram-benchmark-fluctuations,4080.html

    Mixing Memory Sizes

May or may not work, no guarantee they will even play together. Try them (from CPU) 8GB sticks in 1-3 and 4GB in 2-4, prob will need to set manually (and start by raising the DRAM voltage + 0.05), any problems give me a holler

Memory Compatibility - Lifer needs help!

________________ +1 on the crapshoot, mixing DRAM can be and often is problematic, best to get a single set of the full amount you want

    Beware of Rosewill

They made the offer to replace the components in response to my review on NewEgg that the PSU had gone snap, crackle, pop. The response they mad was fluff to make them look good, as they often offer to replace DOAs, etc..after people have already exchanged, gotten a refund, or trashed the dead...

    Beware of Rosewill

They finally made an offer, current face value, but conditionally. A) I retract my BBB complaint completely (they still have never answered it and it's now two weeks overdue, if they were to answer the questions honestly, it would be admitting to false advertising), B) I sign a Non-Disclosure...

    Beware of Rosewill

Thought I'd share some news, bought a Rosewill 750 PSU for a new build, went to test it in a gamer, not wanting to take a chance with new high end components..Good thing too (but still bad), it did the rice crispys bit, snap, crackle, pop and fried itself, my mobo, cpu and both Graphics cards...
