Anybody have this set-up? I have the parts that I'm putting together using a winchester 3000+ cpu; plan to OC a bit, but heatsink looks crazy to put on the board(might stress it too much). I'm also using a UFO twin blade fan from TT. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I've got 2 sticks of GEIL PC3200 Ultra cas 2 memory that I was able to OC up to a 440MHz FSB in a Barton system. I'm building an AMD64 3000+ System using the MSI Neo2 Platinum motherboard. Anybody have any issues using GEIL memory with this combo? And yes I plan on OCing the AMD64. Thanks...
