    Abit IP35-E. Realtek HD audio sound problem - 5.1 channels don't work

    The audio drivers come with an utility called Realtek HD Audio Manager. When you open the utility there's a tab "Audio I/O". It has a graphical representation of the 5.1 setup. When you click on each speaker, a short melody comes out of the corresponding speaker.
