    Can someone explain what the difference might be between these two hard drives other than the obvious of one being 8Mb cache and the other 16Mb? One is the Caviar SE 250 Gb aajs 8Mb the other Cavair RE 250Gb YD 16 Mb both are Sata and the price is the same.Thanks

    If I reinstall my Windows Xp OS without deleting the old one what happens to the first installed one? are all the files overwritten or are they left to take up hard drive space?
