    I'd really just try to graze healthily throughout your day. Pack a bag of almonds to munch on, or some extra fruit, maybe even a sandwich? SOMETHING :cookie:

    Personally, I've only taken a caffeine supplement before lifting, or some sort of a pre work out like nano vapor or no xplode before lifting, protein is always within 30-60 minutes after lifting for me.

    You are going to notice a big difference in the quality of the sheet, with higher TC. Especially in satin and jersey sheets, they will be smoother and much softer.

    1/3 Diet. 1/3 Exercies. 1/3 Rest. Make sure you mix in some cardio w/ your weight lifting, it will help you achieve your "toned" goal more efficiently. I'd recomment looking into the 12 week body program, I've had tremendous success in only my first 5 weeks.
