I don't see the OP saying to STFU here (though admittedly he has in other threads). He's saying that the best thing the Republicans can do is be patient. One of two things can happen.
A. The Democrats do well, the economy picks back up, world opinion of the US goes up, and everything comes...
My wife hates babies and loves animals. I'm neutral. I certainly don't get the fuss some people make over them, and it's even worse when they're militant about it and get angry when you don't fawn over babies like they do.
We have a 46" 720p RP HDTV that's only a few years old, still works just fine. We'll probably buy another TV next summer after we've bought a new house, maybe a slightly smaller LCD for the living while the big beast goes in the home theater.

The NEA is a waste of money, but there are bigger fish to fry. Defense could be cut in half if only we actually used our military for defense and not offense.
