You didn't cheap out on shipping, it's just that Monarch dropped the ball on this one. They either didn't forsee this many people ordering during this sale and are running too far behind, or they don't have the items in stock and are just lying out their arse.
I ordered something last week on...
Seems like a good deal for $126-129, depending on the day of the week. I have read about the CBBID not having good o/c but the poster above proves otherwise. ay have to get this now because RA prices have come down just in time for a new PC or HTPC build. Thanks OP
A very simple question but I cannot seem to get into my BIOS on a laptop I have.
I have Compaq 910 US lappy and trying to enter the BIOS settings. When I boot the PC it says press F10 to enter settings but all I get is a beeping sound when I do that and then it starts WinXP.
Any help would...
That Duron deal is nice for a vasic PC for web surfing and email. I bought a few 1.6 and 1.8 Durons last year and have been very happy with them. That AMD64 3200+ is pretty good combo becasue that mobo has gotten good reviews, not for OCing but good enough.
Nice deal on a good case. Seems Antec is wanting to get rid of a lot of these cases because Fry's had these on sale a about two weeks ago for the same after rebate price.
Sometimes I think about ordering their sale items through outpost just to avoid the lines on big sale days, such as black Friday, and paying the shipping costs. Then there are times when I just get that "need to have it now" itch and I go to the store and just buy it.
I saw that in the local paper and I think it's a good deal. The reason I think it's not being talked about is because everyone is concentrating on getting the BF hot deals first.
I figured out why I was getting that message; it was a bad stick of RAM. I just went ahead and used a new HDD I had and did a new install of WinXP Pro and slaved my old drive to copy the data to the new drive.
Sorry for the noob question but what is HAL?
Well, it finally got going ad I was able to do the repair of WinXP Pro but after it reboots I get the dreaded BSOD. It say I need to check for viruses and to remove any newly installed hard drives and restart the PC again.
I just switched out my ABIT motherboard and P4 CPU for a Shuttle AN35N and AMD 2600+ CPU. I'm trying to do a repair of my Windows OS with my WinXP Pro CD (legal version) but cannot because I keep getting this: line 6352 of the INF FILE \i386\ TEXTSETUP.SIF is invalid, setup cannot continue...
I hope OD still honors the old rebate, mine printed out from the register, because I have yet to send mine out yet. Good luck to everyone on this deal because they were in limited quantities even when this deal started in late March, early April.
I got this card earlier this month and registered on the Starwood site for their SPG program, now will this conflict with the automatic enrollment when I got approved for this card? BTW I'm on vacation and have not been able to check if I received any mailings about this program.
Same here about the Viking cards. After reading the reviews I decided against buying that brand of CF cards. I'll stick with SanDisk even though it's a little slower than Viking CF.
Just remember if you get the Viking 256mb you'll have to get another address to send that second rebate to, just more paperwork and hassle IMO. I thought about getting this 512 Viking card but reading some of the reviews which some people have lost their photos made me have second thoughts about...
I got my 2600+ N2U400 combo last month in the Sac Fry's store for $94.99 and I'm very happy with it. I don't think I would pay
willing to pay that much of a premium over the 2600+ for a slightly faster clock speed.
Nice price to upgrade to 802.11g, but now what to do with my 802.11b AP that I got for free at CC a few years ago. Thanks OP I'm hoping it comes back in stock on the 15th so I can get one and try it out.
I saw this unit and was very impressed at the price, too. But then I began looking around and found some reviews of this product and it's security issues.
Tritton NAS review
This is a nice deal for $100 after the rebate, but will the I/O Magic rebate come? I remember hearing about the I/O Magic CDRW rebates that were never paid out. I will take a look at this at my local RS, thanks OP.
Also, would building a similar unit consisting of an external enclosure and...
Nice price on those fans but I just checked out the shipping to my state and it came to $22.76 Almost half of that total was the $10.26 they wanted to ship the 5 fans. Ouch!
