I just upgraded my system with a new setup. Now I noticed that the computer will turn on when I turn on the main switch at the rear of the power supply. I know something is not hooked back up correctly, but I can't figure out what. Google and searching here yielding nothing. I hope someone here...
It was running really slowly so I reset my bios settings. Now it won't load windows. It just sits with the blue bar moving. I have xp professional. Should I try to boot from the cd?
Won't load in safe mode either. It pauses in the same manner.

I've found several bookmark.html files and backups with dates. (bookmarks2009-03-18.html etc.) Where should I move these to so that FF will pull them up?

I was in a hurry to leave last night and shut the computer down with the power button instead of through xp. This morning I open firefox and all my bookmarks are gone and it's installed google toolbar. The weird thing is that it still has some passwords saved. How did this happen? I don't think...
