I ordered 3 of these and all of them look and function as new. The included earphones are big and very uncomfortable, but for this price and free shipping I can't complain at all. Works perfectly with my AAA rechargeable batteries. Ordered some cheap Sony earbuds with excellent review from...
Guys, try opening the link using Firefox instead of IE. I see the same problem people observed in a bigger thread on Sharp D64U series Friends and Family discount on Fatwallet.com.
SleepyB, thanks. It works fine with the jumper disconnected on my old MSI nForce motherboard. If having jumper do not affect performance whatsoever, I will put the jumper back in when I go home tonight.
I grabbed 2 the last time and have set up internal RAID 0 for storage purposes. The HDD had default jumper setting to force SATA 150 so I pulled them out from both drives. Do any of you know if this jumper setting affect drive performance?
The entire IBM desktop/laptop division was sold to Lenovo. I believe they just fired off bunch of ex-IBM Lenovo designers in U.S. to reduce cost. I'm sure Lenovo made certain all important knowledge was passed on to their off shore counterpart.
I jumped on the Ultra case and 500W PS deal few days ago I I love them both. ~$9 for shipping for free case and PS is awsome! I'm sure 600W PS from them is also great.

I can see how manufacturers would give shorter warranty on portable HDD compared to internal HDD. External HDD will experience a lot more rough handling. Why not just buy an internal drive and buy external enclosure? Is it more expensive that way?
I jumped on Sceptre 22" Costco deal last time and was extremely disappointed with its leaky edges and uneven cloudiness during screen saver mode and dark background. Also, text look really awful if you go resolution lower than its native (max) resolution. I will return my Sceptre and see if...
I just received my Play Link from Frys.com this morning. Connection was a breeze for me and my PS3 is getting its 1.32v update which is ~100MB. It hit 10% mark after 10 minutes of downloading, which equates to like 17KB/s. I started the same download on my laptop wirelessly and it was over...
I have a 22" Sceptre that may have a bad HDMI port. I wonder how HDMI ports in general are in terms of fail rate. Good thing it's a Costco purchase as well. Costco is the only place I can be as lazy as I am in returning a bad product. Oh BTW, my Sceptre is horribly leaky in black background...
Thank you guys for all the input. I went ahead and ordered one from Frys.com in Souka's link above (Thanks!). So if 80-100KB/s is the download limit on 802.11b router, then 11g should be much faster, right?
Downloading from Playstation Store is soooo slow anyways, so I don't think this...
I see the deal is now dead. Some one had mentioned these Buffalo routers can be configured so they can be used as wireless access point. I have a 20GB PS3 and currently looking at wireless connection option. Has anyone had any experience using this router as wireless access point for PS3?
I have a 20GB version of PS3 and I was looking for wireless options. I was almost set on ordering Buffalo wireless ethernet bridge, but I was feeling a bit iffy about Buffalo's infamous customer support. Then I found this link!
So, how is 1.5Mbps faster and better than 11Mbps or 54Mbps...
I could not resist $15/mo offer from Verizon, so cancelled my cable modem service through Adelphia Powerlink that was costing me over $50/mo. I do not remember installing anything Adelphia related on my computer before, however, as soon as I try to access an internet address after installing...
Ford Festiva was marketed in Korea as Kia Pride. The original pride owners were so satisfied with their cars (both in U.S. and in Korea) Kia revived Pride in hopes of regaining such popularity they enjoyed previously. It's only 112 HP in Korea but is marketed with factory MP3 player. They...
Edit: Many users in this forum have had bad experience with this company. I have previously used BigZoo, a company that offered very competitive rate and had excellent customer support, but they are no longer in calling card business.
For those of you who have had positive experience with a...
I just installed 64-bit XP on my partitioned hard drive. Originally Windows 32-bit XP was installed on C drive. Now I have a K drive (partitioned in same drive as C) with 64-bit XP.
After the 64-bit windows installation is completed, I reboot the system expecting a prompt asking me which...
midwestfisherman, FW is Fat Wallet forum. Person who originally found this deal posted this in a different forum site. Here's the link to original thread:

I already have a WD 120GB drive and I just ordered a bunch of parts for new system build. The MSI motherboard has SATA and IDE RAID and I was wondering if a RAID between WD 120GB and Seagate 120GB is adviceable or even possible. I have feeling everyone will tell me to use same brand same size...
Costco has several different type of models for your automobile DVD entertainment. However, this unit seems to be least invasive in terms of installation. I have just purchased Toyota Sienna w/out DVD system and dealer said it would cost me $3000 for either original Toyota equipment...
sounds like an excellent deal. If I didn't already order desktop components, I might have seriously considered this. For anyone in market for decent laptop, this looks to be a killer deal.
What sold me for Sonata is their reputation as reflected by number of stars for their reliable power supply and sturdy casing. Many of the see-through cases were reviewed to have flimsy cases which easily arrived to their doorstep with broken panels, dents, and scratches, etc.
Tracking...
So what is the verdict? I have just purchased this case from Newegg and I'm going to be faced with same problem trying to hook up HD to optical on same line. Will any 24" cables work? My motherboard only has 2 IDE connectors.
My main boot drive will be SATA but I have other IDE hard drives...
