I am having an issue on both my work laptop and home PC. I noticed it on my laptop awhile back but was ignoring it since I rarely watch any videos at work. I was just forced to reload my home machine and when I was done I started having the same issue.

Well, I came home today, switched on my machine and noticed the only thing running inside the machine were the case fans. The heatsink fan and the video card fan werent moving, I cant tell if the harddrives are spinning (I hope they are!). I assume that the system got hit by some kind of power...
