Thanks for the heads up!
I just went to the order history page and on the left side, under "Billing/Pricing" is a "Print a Receipt" link.
Its not entirely obvious but having been warned I am now prepared.

The description currently on the website (I wouldn't be surprise if it changes)
I expect this is one of those deals where they intend for the $10 to be, essentially, a deposit - applicable to the final purchase price.
But, what the heck, if you want to argue with them they sure don't get...
I'd like you to point out where it says anything about it being anything about being something other than the full product. Could save BB and Anandtech members some arguments.
It does sound too good to be true but when you read the product description it is $10 for the product. So, this might be one of those mistakes-of-the-day. OR - Best Buy can be jerks about it.
I'm not real hot on the Costco jerky either.
Sam's, however, carries Jacklinks brand which is a different story. You get me going on a bag of their pepper jerky and it will be empty before I stop.
I suffered through the Seagate rebate hassles on both the 160 and 200 GB deals last year. You call them on the phone and they tell you different things than are printed on the rebate. The reps I spoke with seemed to be of the school that the customer is always wrong. One rebate took almost a...
Hmmmmmm, good point about the hemisphere bigotry. I never thought of that but now I'll notice it every time. :-))
The good news is that this game appears to be farther along than Duke Nukem Forever
Hmmmm. am I losing my mind? I could have swore that the EB page used to say it was USB. It doesn't say that it is now.

Know what you mean ...

Sarcasm noted.
Check out the EA (not EB) site where they make no mention of USB: http://www.eagames.com/officia...field2/us/features.jsp
Voice communications will be a BIG part of this game.
There are a number of references on websites that USB VOIP is supported but none that say it...
The Battlefield 2 ad says:
That is different than "only supports USB headset"
Its a pretty safe bet that they are using something like direct sound or at least accessing the mic through Direct Sound or Microsoft's OS provisions. I'm willing to bet that anything that will work with DX9 or...
I just received my post card saying that my rebate was denied.
I'm going to call them today but I'm expecting a hassle.
This must be related to some serial numbers coming up with 1-year warranties (Their system thinks they are OEM drives).
This drive was not advertised as OEM and came...
