Not to offend you, or anyone else living in a smaller area, but WHY TF are you guys getting faster speeds before an area as large as the SF Bay? It just perplexes me...I mean, wouldn't Comcass want to take care of the larger markets first? That would seem logical to me...
So I called Comcast today, and apparently the 94014 zip code is the only area in the Bay Area that hasn't been upgraded yet...

:brokenheart:
AFAIK, its either cash rebates or miles...I don't think there is a card that gives out both??
I think I went to the only school in America that did not take credit card payments for tuition....

Very true...but does anyone know for sure if schools accept credit cards for tuition payments? I've heard for some schools you can...You could possibly rack up a $|-|!7 load of points charging dorm/tuiton/books...

Can you use this memory for the Dell Dimension 4600? I know the FSB is 400 on that rig, but the speed is 500 here...will that cause issues while running?

Thats not going to do much. The coupons are supposed to entice you into purchasing the product, even if it seems as if you are ripping them off, in fact, they are making a good deal of a profit considering how much they marked it up to give you the discount.
Shady! All of them!
There's more in stock at Circuit City in Serramonte Mall in Daly City, California. I brought the old TRU ad in, and had to haggle with the stupid sales reps and the manager before the manager finally said "whatever, give it to him." I suggest those of you around this area do the same...just...
My first post, so don't flame! Don't think this has been posted yet...
Just picked up a Linksys EtherFast Wireless Access Point + Cable/DSL Router w/ 4-Port Switch - $99.99 @ CompUSA B&M in San Bruno, CA...originally $149.99, but there were 2 rebates, $20 and $30, but they were both instant...
I have to vouch for this mouse. I have one at home and one at work, and does not have any skipping problems, and gives you that accuracy in games (esp counterstrike). A definite thumbs up mouse!
CompUSA B&M has the exact same deal, $10 cheaper for $29.99 after their instant rebate. Chances are, however, that your store might not have anymore...CompUSA runs out of this stuff REALLY fast...
Anyone remember what website Cyberwings advertised to register your domain? I have to point my domain name to a different host, but I forgot what the website was... =(
Have you checked the charges from your long distance carrier? They usually tack it on like MAD...try getting rid of the long distance carrier (can usually save you at least $5-$10 off the bill, and if you need to make long distance calls, use one of those 10-10 whatever numbers.
If you have a room in a house, they will not let you get the Universal lifeline plan...thats what happened at Berkeley....
Also, I'm not sure if this was mentioned before...if you get Universal lifeline, chances are they wont check...but you cannot get DSL or any additonal add on features...
