They (and DealExtreme) are pretty good with customer service, in my experience. Almost all of the places are short on stock right now.
I got...
My local SoCal Costcos have never had the "subsidized" CFLs. Home Depot and Ganahl have had the subsidized packs recently.....$5.99 for 4 65W eq. floodlights. Regular CFLs were under a dollar a piece. All FEIT too. Ganahl had them for .25 for 100W eq. but that was a while ago. Every once in...
Mine has shipped and should arrive tomorrow, about a week before the "estimated" date.
Does anybody know what speed SD card would be sufficient for all the camera's functions (including 60fps 320x240)? would ~x50-x66 suffice, or would it need the x133 speed?
As a side, it's amazing to...
The only Canon SD series with stabilization is the SD700 IS (Image Stabilization). It's coming out in April, so we will start seeing it in stores soon. I've yet to find a "review" that isn't a copy and paste of Canon's PR sheet. Looks like the street price will be ~$500.
OP:
Great deal, but the 20% off coupon has expired.
The $20 off coupon on your website still works, so please update the post for that deal ($319, which IMHO is only lukewarm).
And please add that for the extra $10 off, you have to use PayPal. Does PayPal give you the same...
Front page of the Target ad had a 32" Philips LCD HDTV for $998. Includes a free Series 2 Tivo (i.e. out the door with both for $1090 incl SoCal tax).
I called my local store and they were out, but the next one had at least a couple left. You have to ask a salesperson, as they are in the...
Might not interest many, but my girlfriend and sister love this fancy lip gloss called Tutti Dolci. Normally $10, you can get a tube free with any purchase.
You can find a small $2-$3 travel item and then get the lip gloss free.
Good stocking stuffer, and makes for some tasty kissing...
I wouldn't look forward to video with an HP......my girlfriend has a 3.2 megapixel HP (different model) and it can only take 1 minute of video, and its a weird codec, PicVideo or something like that. Image quality is ok, shutter lag is terrible, battery life is poor....but at that price, not...
I got a couple units for $10.00 in Long Beach, and an MP3 kit for $12.00 in Arroyo Grande......this was early January
It doesn't look like they're easily hackable though........holding on to my two just in case. Also, they're dirt cheap on ebay (for this reason, no doubt).
Dunno if this is a YMMV or chain-wide, but a Wal-Mart (only in there because my 80-year old grandad needed pyjamas) had the JuiceBox for $10.00 on clearance....Sadly no mp3 kits though. These things have a very decent color screen and with the mp3 kit, $40 regularly, you can use it as an mp3...
Authentic has a fighter strap (to hold down the jersey when players are wrestling on the ice) and are usually made of a heavier weight material, and have double stitching, better appliques/etc. Unless you actually play and need a durable jersey, replica should do you fine. Especially here in...
I know that there's no hockey this season, but some of us are holding out some hope for the future. In the meantime, check out your favorite team's store at
http://shop.nhl.com/
Jersey pricing is very strange, absolutely no patterns (other than replica vintage). Every team I saw had...
I just got an Expert, as far as I know, the difference is that the Expert has a 10-bit Video Decoder while the other two have an 8-bit encoder. Both the Expert and Deluxe come with more cables and a remote. Well worth the money for the Expert I think. The PVR works like a champ, and video...
$60 Maxtor Hard Drive Rebate (from BB) arrived finally. Bought it in the beginning of summer. $160-$60Maxtor-$20BB. Next week they had $130-$30Maxtor-$20BB. I pricematched, worried it would get cancelled, but alas it came through. $50 for 120GB!! plus crazy taxes...oh well
The LA Kings have the same, only it's $80. http://www.lakings.com/tickets/tickets_detail.asp?id=27. They also have $99 for six games, and die-hard Dave Taylor season seats for $10 each. And you think the Flyers have it bad with injury? LA has had two of their three best out for most of last...
I bought two packs of these when they were $6.99. One pack was Princo 1x, the other was TDK 2x. Both have been flawless, no coasters (with a couple of each still left), working in anything that reads DVD-Rs. Not bad for the price
This is my first thread creation, I will accept all flames if this is a bad post. But I went to Kohl's to find some nice dress shirts for a new suit, and a good chunk of the Men's department was 80% off. Probably at least 20 full racks of 80% off clothing in all sections. All clearance...
I bought two different packagings, one in a grey box with individually wrapped discs in cases that have black paper inserts, another just a shrink-wrapped stack of discs in cases, only the top one having a green paper insert. The black-insert ones were "TDKG02000000" and the green-insert ones...
I hope this isn't considered a brag, but I bought the hard drive the week before (July 05) $159.99-$60MIR-$20MIR=$79.99. Took my reciept to the register and they gave me the new shelf price of $129.99. So I guess that's $49.99 after rebates. So if you were lucky enough to get in on this...
Amazon had this offer about three months ago. You could use both the Amazon bundle and Netgear individual rebates. Six weeks later I got the Amazon rebate, but Netgear only gave me one rebate ($20 rebate for the router recieved, $10 rebate for the card not received). It came from New...
While I haven't used DVDXCopy since January (because it costs so much), those looking for a freeware (can't get hotter than that) program should check out DVD Shrink. available at http://www.dvdshrink.org/
I recieved my Amazon.com Netgear Wireless Router/PCMCIA Card combo rebate for $50. I also got an email a while back that my rebate for the router ($20 was approved) but did not recieve one about the PCMCIA card.
About Canon vs. HP. I have an HP 750, I printed a ream of paper (~500 pages, mostly b/w engineering HW solutions, powerpoint slides) before my first black cartridge died. That includes the printing of my roommates whose Canon models had all died. All three of theirs died, and needed...
Based off the info from these posts, I bought a 25 pack of Ritek and a 10 disc sampler pack. The sampler had 2 each of Optodisc, Ritek, Princo, and DupEZ DVD-R, as well as one each Princo and Optodisc DVD-RW. The sampler was only $14 and the 25 pack was $30. I ordered Sunday night and...
although the point seems moot, I will add myself to tha Pinnacle Haters club. Nothing but trouble just getting PCTV Pro to work with 2000 and XP, forget about capture completely
just my two cents, try out Mozilla or Phoenix, I've had three popups in the last six months. And I'm not one of those Anti-Microsoft types, but they're both much better than IE.
I have a Pioneer 105/A05 (Cendyne rebranded) with the hacked firmware (that burns 1x media at 2x). The 1x Memorex DVD-Rs don't work at all. Their 1x DVD-RWs work fine. Other than that, I'm pretty new to this stuff so I hope this is of some help
Garden Grove (Orange County, CA) has 15 copies at $19.99, Los Alamitos has 9 copies, but at $49.99. I wouldn't worry about calling messing this up. I had to spell Metroid to both of the employees.
