    Also, I was looking at x800's on newegg, and I saw that there was a number of different manufacturers, including visiontek, sapphire, asus, abit, and msi, as well as the regular ATI. Should I avoid any of these? or is one known for being good quality? Should I get an asus to go with my asus...

    Thanks for responding. Yeah, I knew the 9600 was pretty bad, but I had no idea it was THAT bad, I mean 3 frames per second is insanely bad. Alright, It's time to upgrade the video card, then. Do you think that the x800 pro is worth the extra cost over the 9800 pro?
