    Yep. Exactly correct, sometimes deceiving though! As long as the soreness is just from actual lifting not a muscle tear or something, I don't see why you sould stop working out. As others have said, don't go working the same muscle groups on back to back days though.

    "volume"? Hip bone size? If that's the case, then yeah you can't change that, unless you get some high-priced bone surgeon and then it's probably not worth it. If it is fat, usually, when you lose weight, you lose it first from the places that you first gained it in.. look here.

    Yep, spot reduction is a myth. Working out the area will just affect the muscle under the fat. Eat less until you can see a change.

    should be whoever. 'who' is used when the subject of the phrase is said person ("the man, who has this card.."), if object in phrase then 'whom' ("give this card to whomever it belongs to").

    Hmm..I might have worked 80 hours a week in school...but with my job I'm lucky to get 40 :) Unless you have this yearning desire to be an ibanker or accountant during tax season..I see no reason to work so many hours. Frankly, the amount of hours you work != the amount of $$ you earn.

    Any limitations you put up in terms of a career are ones that you put up yourself, at least IMHO. Regardless of your degree, I'd say you can really do just about anything.
