No. He didn't twist the two together. I wonder what the hell could have happened. I have tried 3 different socket a cpus, all within the board range, and oodles of ram. I must have one of the dip swiches set wrong.
The idiot that owned it before me didn't have a power switch and he jumped the power pins with a screwdriver to turn it on. I am sure that probably messed something up. Is there anyway I can fix it? Or is there a way to bypass the front power switch for on/off and just use the one on the power...
