I bought this for use with my mac mini 1.4 ghz G4. It would not run 1680 x 1050 using the DVI cable (not included by the way). After a significant amount of farting around with settings and 3rd party drivers, I used a DVI to VGA cable and it works great.
Just hoping to save you the headache...
Talked to the store in Tustin. There is a $100 in store coupon, and another $100 coupon available through an email blast that MC did. That coupon was good through 4/15.
Has anyone been able to get them to honor it past that date?

A friend bought two of these in the LA Wholesale district. They go for $45. Battery life sucks. They have exposed screws. The OS and mouse action are worlds appart from the iPod. Closer to what you'd expect from a CHEAP flash drive.
Quick lesson on footnotes. You don't lop them all together. Only the first one applies to the superscripted (1) found in the text relating to the USB drive. The superscripted (2) refers to the Free ROI evaluation and demo.
Just got mine from the Irvine/Tustin store.
Pre-tax cost of $239.99. With tax $258.59. I called this morning and they had 32 in stock and going fast. I actually bought it online for $269 and when I went into the store, they gave me $10 back.
Smok'n deal. Just ordered online w/ pickup in store. I was actually looking for a GeForce 6800 GT card, but this deal is too good. I'm not sure which card is better actually. They are both pretty close. Unless someone thinks otherwise...
Tried to order twice - denied both times. Yet they haven't changed their on-line pricing. Bait-n-switch in this case seems like a dumb idea. You don't bring people to your site, piss them off and then expect them to browse.....
I have been collecting these and have paid upwards of $35 for a 200+CD/DVD wallet. Free shipping if you purchase another item to take your total over $25.

I had been a subscriber for 5 years through work at the BASE BASE program. I called to cancel, thinking that I'd go to T-Mobile. They sent me to an area that deals with cancellations. I tod them I wanted to cancel my service and they offered something fairly low-ball. I pushed hard and asked...
I would LOVE someone to look into how much we could save if we threaten to cancel various services. I've received UNBELIEVABLE cell phone packages (1,750 free anytime minutes, 4,500 night and weekend minutes, 500 cell to cell minutes and nation-wide long distance for $24.99 a month - Verizon)...
I have this receiver and it is excellent. Full of options - and definately enough power. The remote kinda sucks in that it's not lit in any way - but I'm more than impressed by the quality of the binding posts, the digital inputs, S-Video and composite.
Leave it to a genius like Nanodork to spend his Fridays thread crapping. I have bought more things off Jokersmoker's suggestions than anyone else in the group.
Went to BB and gave these a listen. Took the CSA 20 minutes to figure out how to hook the sub into their system - but I was very pleasantly suprised by the sound. Very full - if not a bit bright. I'd definately think about these for a bedroom system.
The KB store near us has always sucked. You walk in and have a very K-mart feeling about them. I've wondered how they've stayed in business this long.
Long live WalMart and their discounted DVDs!!
This is a bit of a repeat thread. Same deal about 3 months ago - though it was for $165 at One-Call. I bought the unit and am very pleased with it. Nice power - plenty of options and digital everything.
As a member of the Amish community I must take offense to your reference that we all lack of personalities and senses of humor. Just the other day Brother Jorgensen was telling me a quite amusing story about his hat.....wait a minute - we're not allowed to use computers! I was never here!!
As far as the phone line - get a cordless one. Depending where you shop you can get one from $35-$70. You plug the base unit into both the wall AC and a phone plug somewhere in the house - and then the other unit can go anywhere in the house and be set up as an extra phone outlet. This all...
PLEASE do yourself a favor and don't ask if you can use a coupon on the way in. It's like insulting the butcher before you ask him to go in the back and make you some custom sausage. Just not a good idea.
If you are even thinking of these - lay out the extra cash and get the 125's. Nothing else comes close. These are out of this world! I, too, paid $135 for them and they are worth every penny plus! Amazing clarity. I use them as reference in my studio.
The "only 12 units left" deal is a ploy. They refresh the counter every hour - or every time they take a new delivery. As long as Onkyo is selling the units, eCost will have refurbs to sell.
I got the HTR510 and it is solid. Do yourself a favor and buy some good quality banana plugs to use...
