This will not be centralized, it will just be handling everything. For any requests regarding contacts, they will come to me, and I should be able to query and spit out results easily.

i hate that, when you can't spawn on your squad member and it auto spawns you at the starting point. then there's no vehicles and you have to walk for 2 minutes, then you get gustav'd.
how do you use motion mines? i keep throwing them, getting motion mine assist...and my squad friends keep saying they see people on the map, but i never see anybody! it's like it works for everyone else but me.

actually i had this happen way before, turns out the monitor was dying. can't confirm for your case though, try another monitor in there to see?
could be a driver issue, some people were reporting around 8% GPU use while the game was up... probably got put to power saving mode as the game is fairly new, and nvidia hasn't worked out all the kinks. maybe try an older driver set or custom ones.

I read that you could delete the Recovery partition, as it holds all the junk files and utilities that would slow the laptop down. My mistake there...and I've never taken apart a laptop so this would be interesting.
My cousin asks me to format her Acer laptop, which has just one drive but split into two partitions. She has important files on her D: drive and I tell her it's okay to just format the C: and make it bootable. She has Vista.
