If You Purchased an Epson Printer, You May Get $25

Did anyone else not receive any communication after sending their forms in? I selected the cash payout option on the forms I sent in, but I haven't heard a thing. Now I'm wondering if I really am on 'the list' or if it means that I'm S.O.L.

    80-hour TiVo® Series2 DVR + 1 year of TiVo service for just $83.40 & no rebate

So... Are you suggesting that the "1 year service commitment" is an additional year other than the year of service that's pre-paid? If so, why do you think so? I think it looks like someone took the general T&C (see #12) that somebody modified to apply specifically to this 1-year prepaid...

    DEAD: Free Coke 2 Liters!

Try CokeZero. I kept trying to get used to Diet Coke, and couldn't, but when they came out with CokeZero, I was like "Wow! tastes just like regular Coke." Or try Vault Zero -- it tastes similar to Mountain Dew, but with more caffeine, and with whatever sweetener they put in the "Zero" drinks...

    DEAD: Free Coke 2 Liters!

aftp -- now that you've paid the store $2 and the coupon, you just know the store will still claim the full amount when they send the coupon to Coca-Cola. So ACME will have effectively sold the Cokes at a 40 cent mark up over their regular price -- they'll make out like a bandit if they keep...

I just hope they come out with Vault Zero in 2 Liters in my market before the coupons expire.

    DEAD: Free Coke 2 Liters!

I wouldn't go so far as saying "way beyond". Sodas don't retain their flavor forever. This is especially true of diet drinks because the artificial sweeteners break down sooner than the ingredients of sugared soda. That's also why the expiration dates on diet drinks aren't as long as sugared.

    DEAD: Free Coke 2 Liters!

If you're trying to 'punish' the store, I think you should take the coupons somewhere else. If you use the coupons at that store, then they are still making money selling the Cokes at their higher prices, because they get reimbursed when they send in the coupons. If you do use them at that...

    DEAD: Free Coke 2 Liters!

I'm pretty sure that the diet drinks have either a 90- or 180-day shelf life, and the non-diet drinks have either a 180- or 270-day shelf life. Nowadays it usually only takes a few days to get from the bottler to the distributor. Apparently either your individual distributor or your store...

Refurb Phillips MP3 player with FM Tuner 29.99 free shipping

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a way to rename the shortnames without renaming the longnames. However, in my case, I didn't care if I kept the long names, since I was working with chapters of Audiobooks -- so it was OK if only the folder had the name on it. So I just did a multiple rename...

When you're in CMD, and do a DIR /X it lists the 8.3 shortname on each line to the right of the size and to the left of the longname. (If you don't include the /X, it won't list the shortname in there. Good luck.

Refurb Phillips MP3 player with FM Tuner 29.99 free shipping

Nope, that's a different product entirely. AMD K9 -- maybe it is playing the files alphabetically by the "DOS" 8.3 name, which isn't usually the same as the full text name. Try going into a command prompt and DIR'ing the directory with "DIR /X". My previous MP3 player sorta worked...

Nah there's lots of Boardwalks. In fact, I found two and figured they were the "easy" piece out of that group, so I threw them out. It didn't seem worth it to go through the trashcan to find them. No big deal, though -- I figure I'll get another couple of them before the game's over...

How to get 99% of your rebates back.

two things I've been doing that I believe work well (although I have no proof) :-) On the receipt, circle the item/price and purchase date and store name if it's in a small font. (Even if they don't ask for it.), and Use a paperclip to clip together the receipt, rebate form, and UPC.

    Coke Zero - 2 for $1 @ Target

Correct. Coke Zero has zero calories. And tastes much more like Coke Classic than diet Coke, with much less aftertaste (to me, anyway).
  22. K

    Coke Zero - 2 for $1 @ Target

No, Coke Zero is basically Coca-Cola Classic with aspartame and acesulfame potassium (non-caloric sweeteners) instead of corn syrup (caloric sweetener). But Diet Coke has different flavoring agents than Coke Classic/Coke Zero, I guess the original intent was to make diet Coke cover up more of...

    Coke Zero - 2 for $1 @ Target

My take on Coke Zero is that if you don't/won't drink diet drinks, then it's probably going to have a little bit of a diet-y aftertaste to you, If you drink diet drinks normally (because you can't have/don't want the calories of sugared drinks, but actually prefer full octane), then it'll...

    Scrubs season 1 dvd
