    Avivo on the cheap

Hi, I'm putting a new C2D System together. Likely the E6400 w GS-965P-S2 etc. I'm not a gamer but do quite a bit of video encoding. Given that I could generally care less what video card I get, seems like I should opt for an X1K series and use Avivo. I plan to hook up a 20 or 21 inch...

    Not Mwave, Not Monarch, Where?

I'm looking to purchase a system with selected components, that is assembled and tested before delivery. I know both Mwave and Monarch offer this service? Is there anyone else as I can't find exactly what I want. Obviously I can just order everything individually. thanks

    3500+ vs. P4 3.0Ghz HT

    Going cheap for my HTPC

Are there any good SFF/HTPC cases out there for a full ATX mobo? I'm going to put together a PVR using my old ASUS A7V133 AMD 1.3Ghz system. I just need a decent cheap case to put it in. Having trouble finding one though. I need it to fit a PVR-150 and a gfx. HELP? tks

    Chaintech VNF4/ULTRA Compatible Memory?

Hey, The VNF4/ULTRA manual says: "Due to CPU specifications limitation, two DDR400 memory modules inserted into DIMM1/3, three DDR400 into DIMM1/2/3, or four DDR400 into DIMM1/2/3/4 is not recommended." So you can't load up the DIMMS? I assume that if I get 2x512 I should put them...
