ok it is not a grounding issue with the case...it has to be the psu...by the way, asus has this pcprobe utility that monitors temp, voltages, fan speeds and i notcied the +12v on an average of 11.776...is that normal voltage range?? to me it sounds like thats bad... my +5v is 4.945 and +3.3v is...
ok sori about the late response...i did speak with asus tech support and they claim it could be a inground issue since it all started happening after i replaced my case/psu...my old case came with red washer to isolate contact with the case but my new case is "screwless" design and the standoffs...

well i would do game benchmarking like ut2004, far cry, and hl2 but i dont even know how to initiate a benchmarking thing in their game...any1 else know how to do it like run a loop with average fps or something?? what other games are top notch for the latest technology???
hmm good idea...since my pci is locked at 33mhz...i thought onboard sound isn't affected by oc?? its just the onboard sound is a really good one....only question is i hope it didn't permanently damage it
