    Nationalizing Healthcare

There is a piece in the New Yorker by Malcolm Gladwell, that discusses how broken our healthcare system is, and how nationalizing it is in fact a much better choice. He also debunks my favorite myth, that healthcare is just like every other good or service. THE MORAL-HAZARD MYTH : The bad...

    Quitting smoking

Sort of what the title says, I've decided to quit smoking and am wondering what is better to use? I was thinking lozenge, because I work in a bank and chewing gum for 30 minutes may impact my work. And do I have to take it on a regular schedule like it says? Or is it better just to do it...

    My support for Kerry

My support for Kerry is based off a simple idea, I want our nation to be more secure. Yet Bush seems to be running on the same platform, too bad his version of it is a lie. In the years since 9/11 we as a nation have become less secure. Terrorism worldwide is going up, our newly created...

    Hyundai Elantra GT

So I just picked up a 2002 Hyundai Elantra GT with 29,000 miles(31k left on the warranty). My impressions? For the 10k I payed for it it's a damn nice car. The only place where it lacks a bit is horsepower, but that's standard for it's class. I mean it's amazing what you get for the money...

    Sharp MiniDV Camcorder, good purchase?

So I picked up a Sharp VL-Z3U MiniDV camcorder, now I like the small size, and didn't care about the higher optical zoom's on the Canons, but before I open up the box, I got to ask, is the quality on this any good? Or is it a piece of junk? Should I pay 150$ more for the TRV-19?

    GM Broke Saab

So I was a huge fan of the Saab 9-3 hatchback, it's a quirky car, but one with quirks I really like. Yet now GM is changing it to this fugly piece of crap. I can't believe they are turning the Saab 9-3, into a bloody modified Chevy Malibu.
