Is there anyway to unlock / force multipliers above 12x with the A64 4000+?

Sorry must have confused what I'm asking...
I've just run CPU-Z 2.7 and by using the multiplier 10.5 with a HTT of 250mhz my memory runs at 236mhz.....I'm now assuming 1:1 ratio on half-integer dividers doesn't work with A64's....
I'm now running at 11x246 and mem is in sync at 246mhz x 4...

I have clocked my system to HTT (FSB) 250mhz x 4 HT and 10.5 x 250 (AMD A64
4000) which is fine and the BIOS shows the mem frequency as 250MHz giving me
my 1:1 ratio - all good.
CPU-Z (2.6) shows memory frequency also at 250mhz - Can this...

I have not reduced the HTT multiplier from 5x (May be on auto and am assuming its 5 by default) which as TantrumusMaximus suspects, has pushed my HTTbus over 1000 by around 170mhz causing the graphic...
