anyone know whats up with certain companies selling 9600pros with 400mhz memory?

yea yea, it has no DVI. if it wasnt for that this would be hot like pedro's head.

maybe not exactly hot, but still a good price on a nice agp 6600gt. they got some other good cards too. im happy with my xfx 6600gt but i paid 214 like a week and a half ago.
I ordered a Sapphire 8500LE for my dads beater comp, mainly for the tv-out. Problem is it doesnt post or give any video just a weird beep followed by a few short beeps. I tested the card in my vnf3-250 and it works fine there. I thought agp is backwards compatible with 4x or 8x. my questions are...

basically I cant complain about this board as long as i use the 03/08 BIOS. Any of the updated bios versions cause my board to make a high pitched tone that splits my wig. I just tried the 09/21...

I recently noticed my volume control and mute stopped working... the wave control works fine...the rest of the audio and controls work fine ...except the systray volume and mute do nothing.
im using a chaintech vnf-250 ive tried reinstalling with 2 dif realtek ac 97...

is this a real Pro version tho? same clockspeeds? the atlantis before the pro is confusing.
